We are a family owned and operated company. Our customer service has won awards in both the U.S. and Canada. We have been involved in the luggage, leathergoods and travel goods industry since 1950, many years before the “electronic revolution” appeared. We are the only company in North America that has Sales Associates that are past founders of a national luggage and leathergoods manufacturers association and the co-founder of a national luggage and leathergoods retailers association.

Bagot Leather Goods, Luggage Plus, our original brick and mortar business, had made a pledge and commitment towards selection, knowledge, quality and dedication to service and we hope for this to continue with Viajo Travel.
